Appointment of the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais), Datuk Mohammed Khusrin Munawi as Secretary of State does not require the consent of the Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim as Sultan Idris Shah Sharafudin gave consent for the appointment.

Private Secretary to the Sultan of Selangor, Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani said the Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah has given consent for the appointment and in accordance with the Constitution of the state, he has executive powers for that purpose.

He said the Undang-undang Tubuh Kerajaan negeri also stated that the State Government, the Secretary of State and several other positions have been established and the appointment will be made by the commission in respect of the Public Service Commission.

Of course, the new colonialism in the form of economic colonialism will be sure gazetted. Actually, this is penglobalisasian a unique system that is the arena of survival of the fittest. Only the most powerful nation and is willing to immediately resume the relevance of race to succeed them in the future.

The Malays may be shaky and unprepared for the economy is not strong, while still helter peranda political. If indeed the penglobalisasian in the immediate future, the Malays may be slipping back as the Malayan Union era before 1946.

The entire Malay race should be used to cultivate and practice the spirit of mutual respect, unity and harmony among themselves. Only then can feel the power and relevance of the existence of the Malays

"Non-Malay Cannot Become as DPM to FulFill 1Malaysia Concept is for Nation-Building?"

1Malaysia concept is for nation-building, and not for political purposes.

But A Malaysian opposition lawmaker from the Democratic Action Party (DAP) has challenged Prime Minister Najib Razak to appoint a non-Malay Deputy Prime Minister in the spirit of his 1 Malaysia concept, which stresses national unity.

"I dare Najib Razak to appoint a Chinese or Indian Deputy Prime Minister now," Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo told about 800 people at a party fund-raising dinner in Petaling Jaya on Wednesday.

The Utusan Malaysia newspaper claimed two weeks ago that Mr Anwar had promised DAP national adviser Lim Kit Siang the post, prompting a round of denials by opposition leaders. Mr Anwar later clarified that every coalition leader, regardless of race, had a shot at becoming Deputy Prime Minister, so long as there was a consensus among PR component parties.

"Statement of Deputy Prime Minister is a reminder that we not lose sight of the political action and change clothes in 2008 eventually led to the Malays have to pay a high price", Vice-President of UMNO, Datuk Seri Dr Zahid Hamidi Said.

N9kini.Com source said, "DAP is the incarnation of the PAP (Singapore) where the fundamental struggle that is not aligned with the PAS. DAP is a Chinese party, established after Singapore left Malaysia. DAP is a party that was formed by the PAP for continuing the struggle with them after they get out of Malaysia. DAP and PAP basic struggle is similar to fighting the Chinese and is a racist party."

"It is for us to come together, for us to feel that we belong to one nation, one people with one vision, and that is for us to march forward together to develop a truly prosperous, harmonious and successful 21st century nation," he said at the Christmas Tea Party hosted by Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur Tan Sri Murphy Pakiam at the Archbishop's residence here.

"A poll of 15,353 respondents showed that 84 per cent regarded it (1Malaysia) as good and will not cause disunity, and acceptance of the concept was 72 per cent," Rais Yatim  told reporters after attending the 1Malaysia Christmas open house hosted by businessman Datuk Seri Vanatiah Anthony and his wife, Datin Seri Elispetoo Sinnappan, at Kampung Baru Sungai Chua here.

1Malaysia is an on-going  programme designed by Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak on September 16, 2008, calling for the cabinet, government agencies, and civil servants to more strongly emphasize ethnic harmony, national unity, and efficient governance with slogan  2009 - People First, Performance Now and 2010 - Generating Transformation.

Prime Minister Najib's efforts to liberalise government policies and create a more open policy towards all races with 1Malaysia led Malay rights group Perkasa to seek further clarification on the policy, as they feared that his   1Malaysia would undermine Malay or Bumiputera rights in favour of minorities in Malaysia.

WikiLeaks Cable Reveal Singapore say "YES" on Anwar's Sodomy Case

Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim had sex with a male aide in a honey trap set by his enemies, according to leaked US cables published by WikiLeaks on Sunday.

Singapore reached its conclusion based on “technical intelligence,” which a Fairfax report said was likely to involve intercepted communications.

The interception of telecommunications such as telephone calls and emails and of postal communications can potentially be a very severe intrusion into your privacy.

Intelligence information was further strengthened when WikiLeaks also revealed that Singapore's Minister Mentor, Lee Kuan Yew, himself had told the Australian National Intelligence agency (Ona) during their exchange of views that Anwar was involved in homosexual activity.

"Australia says that the intelligence services of Singapore and Lee Kuan Yew once told Ona during the exchange of views, namely, Anwar had committed the act (sodomy), he is now facing his charge.

"Assessment of Ona and friends of Singapore agreed, the charges were 'trap' and Anwar to know about the possibility of prosecution, but what is clear he (Anwar) is engaged (in homosexual activities)," Cable said as quoted from the report of The Sydney Morning Herald .

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Anwar is aware that he would go 'trap' which will be charged a second time on sexual misconduct charges, according to police reports made Mohd. Saiful and complete clinical evidence.

However, Anwar when the state denied the allegations nor the disclosure is otherwise, the Advisory Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) that simply says: "The evidence is not there (nothing)."

"Source? SB Malaysia Police, the evidence does not exist," said Anwar in a twitter today when asked to comment on the disclosure that WikiLeaks was quoted by The Sydney Morning Herald reports.

At the same time, some pro-opposition news portals like Malaysiakini The Malaysian Insider and is also seen trying to turn the real issues to enlarge the 'trap', but the real question is about the intelligence agency reports Singapore

PKR secretary-general's statement, Saifuddin Nasution Ismail that WikiLeaks information about Anwar sensationalized not excessive, because the news was certain parties for political purposes.

Anwar's lawyers will consider disclosure of such information as subjudice warned the media not to publish it.

Allegations Against WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange is Weak and Difficult to Prove.

"the pair (Anna Ardin and  Mr Assange) went out for dinner and returned to the flat, where they had sex. At some point a condom broke, a fact that neither side denies. Ardin alleges that it was broken deliberately by Mr Assange."
Wikileaks leader Julian Assange implied that the rape and molestation charges against him in Sweden were part of a global conspiracy. But a fringe-left accuser identified in the Swedish media hardly seems like a CIA plant.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was accused by two women--Anna Ardin (left) and Sofia Wilen--of failing to use a condom during consensual sex. With Sweden's unusual laws, this translates into the crime of rape.

Julian Assange meet Anna Ardin, who  worked as an official with Sweden's Social Democratic Party The two met first on August 14th.According to her testimony, which was leaked to the Swedish media, the pair went out for dinner and returned to the flat, where they had sex. At some point a condom broke, a fact that neither side denies. Ardin alleges that it was broken deliberately by Mr Assange.

Ardin is regarded as leftist as well as feminist. She had been actively involved in helping out Assange on his tour. Some have suggested she may be working with the CIA  and  some claim that this makes Ardin the perfect choice to lay a sex trap. Is there any evidence that she might be involved with U.S. intelligence. There is some but it is hardly conclusive.

"...The evidence against Assange... would look even less credible in the face of tweets by Anna Ardin and SMS texts by Sofia Wilén boasting of their respective conquests after the “crimes”.

In another senario, US may pass new law to prosecute Assange. That Washington would like to take legal action against him and as quickly as possible can hardly be in doubt. But building a case solid enough to allow Eric Holder, the US Attorney General, to seek Assange's extradition from Britain, if that is where he still is at the time, or – possibly more problematically – from Sweden, may not be easy. The most obvious first stop might be the 1917 Espionage Act. But when the US government tried to use it to punish The New York Times for publishing the Pentagon Papers in the 1970s, it failed.

It is for that reason that some US politicians are introducing draft legislation to expand existing US laws to make it easier for Mr Holder to do his job. The so-called Securing Human Intelligence and Enforcing Lawful Dissemination (Shield) Bill was thus introduced by Congressman Peter King, a Republican from New York who will become chairman of the House Intelligence Committee when the new House of Representatives with a Republican majority convenes in January. The Bill would make it illegal to publish the names of military or intelligence community informants.

Even as some government officials contend that the release of thousands of classified documents by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange jeopardizes U.S. national security, legal experts, Pentagon officials and Justice Department lawyers concede any effort to prosecute him faces numerous hurdles.

Prosecutors apparently have had difficulty finding evidence that Assange ever communicated directly with Army Pfc. Bradley Manning, 23, an intelligence specialist who’s widely thought to be the source of the documents, but is charged only with misusing and illegally downloading them.

In addition, any potential Assange prosecution on charges that he intentionally threatened U.S. national security would be complicated because top national security leaders disagree about how damaging the leaks have been. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the release could put lives in danger, but Secretary of Defense Robert Gates called the reaction “overwrought” in a briefing with reporters.

The Guardian commentator posting on the News blog at 11:30 on December, 8 said that he could not find any evidence “either that the US are orchestrating this, or that the Swedes are doing anything other than trying to investigate serious allegations.” However, many have talked or hinted at a conspiracy against WikiLeaks. The Daily Mail’s Richard Pendlebury says there are “several puzzling flaws in the prosecution's case.” Feminist lawyer, Lindsay Beyerstein, thinks it is curious that “charges against Assange were brought, dropped almost immediately and later reinstated.”

"Anonymous" WikiLeaks Supporters Claims Have Acquired Information for MasterCard Credit Cards

Wikileaks Cyberwar Mastercard and Visa
Hackers group Anonymous, which has been working diligently in support of WikiLeaks, claims to have acquired information for numerous MasterCard credit cards following its attack on MasterCard's website.

MyBankTracker says private info has indeed been compromised, emphasizing that the ongoing WikiLeaks cyber war "is getting personal."

MyBankTracker captured a screenshot of the numbers tweeted out by Anonymous, blurring out part of them to protect privacy. They appear to be credit card numbers and expiration dates.

Though the credit card tweet was indeed the last update before Twitter suspended the account, Twitter tells HuffPostTech it has no comment as to why the account was taken down.

This is getting personal. Operation PayBack has moved from attacking financial corporations to individuals. An unlucky group of MasterCard holders are in for an unpleasant surprise as hackers have posted individual credit card numbers.

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening the twitter account, Anon_Operation belonging to the hackers acting on behalf of WikiLeaks posted this message:

Exposing the credit card numbers and last valid dates of nearly 10,000 user’s cards. The tweet was only up for approximately five minutes before it was taken down by twitter. Still, the damage is done. The risk of internet-savvy users to take screenshots of the information and duplicate it through the web is high.

Here is a screenshot MyBankTracker.com was able to get before the site was down. The numbers have been blurred to avoid further exposing this sensitive information. MyBankTracker.com suggests you closely monitor the activity on your card to make sure it has not gotten into the wrong hands.

MasterCard and Visa Sites Was Shutdown Because of DDOS Attacks.

One of the earliest followers of Anonymous, Gregg Housh, is intimately aware of, but claims no participation in, the latest Anonymous offensive, titled "Operation Payback." It managed this week to take down the websites of MasterCard, Visa, and the Swedish government over their refusal to support WikiLeaks or Mr. Assange. 'MasterCard died quick,' Gregg Housh, an unofficial spokesman for the hactivists known as Anonymous, says in an interview with the Monitor. 'Visa went down in 30 seconds.'

Mr. Housh sat with the Monitor on Dec. 10 – in what he said was his 37th interview of the day – to explain how, and why, a couple thousand kids have crippled some of the world's most prominent companies' websites. They have done so with an unprecedented voluntary botnet, a network of thousands of computers working in tandem to simultaneously bombard a website with hits.

Credit card group MasterCard's website is shown in this screen grab on Dec. 8. The latest Anonymous offensive, titled 'Operation Payback,' managed this week to take down the websites of MasterCard, Visa, and the Swedish government over their refusal to support WikiLeaks or Mr. Assange. ~ Reuters

With this voluntary one, the very interesting fact of it is, the second it’s changed, there’s no user interaction, no one cares. These people who are in the voluntary one are leaving their computers on on purpose. So there’s a ton of computers that that second start sending their requests. And that instantaneousness of it really is the thing that seems to be spiking the servers. They come crashing down under the initial load. Whereas with these other botnets and what not, some of them don’t have that initial gigantic hit. They have a sustained hit, but it’s not initially just oh-my-God-out-of-nowhere gigantic. I will tell you, before the voluntary botnet, they tried downing sites of this size, and they didn’t down a thing. So I really think the voluntary botnet is what’s doing it.

"Operation Avenge Assange," referring to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Thousands join DDoS attacks

Some of the more militant elements on the Internet clearly took him at his word. A group calling itself Anonymous put the quote at the top of a webpage entitled "Operation Avenge Assange," referring to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Online collective Anonymous appears to be using social networking site Twitter to coordinate attacks on websites belonging to entities it views as trying to silence WikiLeaks.

Targets have included MasterCard, Visa and a Swiss bank. All blocked payments to WikiLeaks on apparent U.S. pressure.

The Swedish government website and Swedish prosecutors behind Assange's arrest in London for extradition and questioning over sex allegations were also hit. Some WikiLeaks supporters view the accusations as politically motivated

"The first serious infowar is now engaged," former Grateful Dead lyricist, founder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation John Perry Barlow told his followers on Twitter last week. "The field of battle is WikiLeaks. You are the troops."

Pro-WikiLeaks cyber army gains strength; thousands join DDoS attacks. Volunteers download attack tool, organizers recruit hacker botnets, say researchers.

"One of the more potentially powerful groups to throw in its support is the website 4chan, and its some of its members that are collectively known as Anonymous. The group that is either famous or infamous depending on your point of view, have begun a new campaign to support WikiLeaks and its creator that they are calling “Operation Avenge Assange”.

Operation Avenge Assange is a systematic attack that will target groups that Anonymous has deemed to have essentially treated Assange unfairly. The first target on the list is PayPal, which reports that cyber attacks have already begun
." - Source: digitaltrends.com

The retaliatory attacks by pro-WikiLeaks activists are growing in strength as hackers add botnets and thousands of people download an open-source attack tool, security researchers said today.

In recent days, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks have been launched against several sites, including those belonging to Amazon, MasterCard, PayPal and the Swiss payment transaction firm PostFinance, after each terminated WikiLeaks accounts or pulled the plug on services.

As of Thursday, WikiLeaks had posted the full text of more than 1,200 leaked U.S. State Department cables from its trove of over 250,000 messages.

Most of those participating in the attacks are using the LOIC (Low Orbit Ion Cannon) DDoS tool, said researchers with Imperva and Sophos.

The open-source tool, which is sometimes classified as a legitimate network- and firewall-stress testing utility, is being downloaded at the rate of about 1,000 copies per hour, said Tal Be'ery, the Web research team lead at Imperva's Application Defense Center.

"Downloads have soared in the last two days," said Be'ery in an interview. As of 4 p.m. ET, more than 44,000 copies of LOIC had been downloaded from GitHub.

LOIC has become the DDoS tool of choice in the pro-WikiLeaks attacks because users can synchronize their copies with a master command-and-control server, which then coordinates and amplifies the attacks.

Dutch Arrest 16-year-old Related to WikiLeaks Attacks. Dutch authorities arrested a 16-year-old boy on Wednesday in relation to the cyberattacks against Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, which were aimed at punishing those companies for cutting off services to WikiLeaks. The boy was arrested in The Hague, and he will be arraigned before a judge on Friday in Rotterdam, according to a press release from the Netherlands' Public Prosecution Service. The boy, whose computer equipment was seized, has allegedly confessed to taking part in the attacks.

The Public Prosecution Service said he is likely part of a larger group of hackers.

The arrest follows a series of distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attacks aimed at websites that have been critical of WikiLeaks, which has been releasing portions of 250,000 secret U.S. diplomatic cables since late last month. The attacks seek to overwhelm websites and services by sending streams of meaningless traffic.

Part of the attacks originated in the Netherlands and the main site coordinating the attacks, anonops.net, was hosted in a Dutch data center in Haarlem. The site is down since police actions Wednesday.

"We are a Muslim country that has its own customs and traditions which should be preserved. Something like this should not anger the supporters," the organising committee's spokeswoman, Shaza al-Rumaithy, told the daily newspaper.

Why Alcohol Was Banned In  Islam?

Drinking alcohol is forbidden in Islam, according to the word of Allah SWT. "O ye who believe! (Drinking) wine (alcohol), gambling (for sacrifice) idols and divining arrows are an abomination, including acts of evil. So avoid in order that ye may prosper. "(Al-Maidah 5:90)

We all know someone who is drunk can do things beyond human behaviors such as murder, drive fast, make noise or do something embarrassing like the hadith of the Prophet who says: "Alcohol is the mother of all sins, and it is the most shameful sins." Similarly, its use in small amounts as a flavoring in food or remain illegal, although not so intoxicated as the Prophet Muhammad have said "What's intoxicating in large quantities, it is forbidden even in small amounts." (Narrated by Ibn Majah). Therefore, there is no reason to drink even a sip of wine or a drop.

In summary, alcoholics are very bad impact on the individual self, destroy religious images, even disturbing the peace of society and may affect the strength of the country. Society shall keep clear of alcohol and was involved with, whether directly or indirectly, because according to another hadith of the Prophet "Ten people who cursed God of wine (alcohol): manufacturers, distributors, drinkers, the carrier, the sender, penuangnya, seller, money-eating results , the payer and the customers. "(Narrated by Ibn Majah).

Other then that, Autralia criticized and questioned why Qatar was chosen as the host of the 2022 World Cup. The Australian newspaper on Friday (3 / 12), also questioned the election of Qatar as the host. FIFA's decision has led to some debate and could be risky.

How does Wikileaks get information?

The controversial release this week by WikiLeaks of countless so-called secret international government documents should tell us all something about this Digital Age. There are no more "secrets." Not in government. Not in your professional life. Not even in your personal life. Especially if you foolishly 'fess up on Facebook.

Objective providing of Wikileaks is to distributed organization which publishes and analyzes information though an uncensorable approach -- focusing on documents, photos and video which have political or social significance.

Our primary interests are oppressive regimes in Asia, the former Soviet bloc, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, but we also expect to be of assistance to those in the west who wish to reveal unethical behavior in their own governments and corporations.

Since its creation in 2006, WikiLeaks has been a lightning rod for controversy. The non-profit media company, which serves as a clearinghouse for information leaked by anonymous whistleblowers around the world, has received both high praise and scathing criticism by human rights groups and governments alike. But regardless of how you feel about WikiLeaks' mission, there is at least one lesson security professionals should take away: Your data is only secure as your weakest link.

WikiLeaks been developing and improving a harm minimisation procedure. We do not censor our news, but from time to time we may remove or significantly delay the publication of some identifying details from original documents to protect life and limb of innocent people.

We accept leaked material in person and via postal drops as alternative methods, although we recommend the anonymous electronic drop box as the preferred method of submitting any material. We do not ask for material, but we make sure that if material is going to be submitted it is done securely and that the source is well protected. Because we receive so much information, and we have limited resources, it may take time to review a source's submission.

We also have a network of talented lawyers around the globe who are personally committed to the principles that WikiLeaks is based on, and who defend our media organisation.

"We assess all news stories and test their veracity. We send a submitted document through a very detailed examination a procedure. Is it real? What elements prove it is real? Who would have the motive to fake such a document and why? We use traditional investigative journalism techniques as well as more modern rtechnology-based methods. Typically we will do a forensic analysis of the document, determine the cost of forgery, means, motive, opportunity, the claims of the apparent authoring organisation, and answer a set of other detailed questions about the document. We may also seek external verification of the document For example, for our release of the Collateral Murder video, we sent a team of journalists to Iraq to interview the victims and observers of the helicopter attack. The team obtained copies of hospital records, death certificates, eye witness statements and other corroborating evidence supporting the truth of the story. Our verification process does not mean we will never make a mistake, but so far our method has meant that WikiLeaks has correctly identified the veracity of every document it has published." In April 2010, WikiLeaks released a video of classified US military footage from 2007 that showed a US helicopter in Baghdad firing upon and killing 12 people, including two Reuters employees. The release of the video led to the 2010 arrest of a US Army intelligence analyst, PFC Bradley Manning, who allegedly provided the footage and other items—including 260,000 classified US diplomatic cables—to WikiLeaks.

Manning, who was based in the Middle East, allegedly accessed the information from two classified networks, to which he had access, and downloaded it to CD-RWs.

Assange said that his arrest would do nothing to halt the flow of American diplomatic cables being released by his group and newspapers in several countries. Hundreds have been published in redacted form this week and Assange said that all of the cables had already been distributed in a heavily encrypted form to tens of thousands of people.

If something happened to him, he suggested, then the password needed to unencrypt the data would be released and all the secrets would go out at once.

WikiLeaks had been tapping into Amazon's EC2, or Elastic Cloud Computing service. WikiLeaks said it's now being hosted by servers in Europe.

"History will win," Assange said in a web chat with readers of The Guardian newspaper, one of the media organizations helping to coordinate the documents' publication. "The world will be elevated to a better place.

WikiLeaks, which has triggered global governmental alarm by releasing reams of classified U.S. diplomatic cables, is facing attacks in cyberspace and in the legal sphere. The site is assailed by hackers and has been booted from its U.S. server. Frontman Julian Assange is in hiding and faces allegations of sexual misconduct.

"Whatever happens to the domain name and the actual organization, the idea unleashed by WikLeaks is going to continue," said Joshua Benton, director of the Nieman Journalism Lab.

Ben Laurie, a data security expert who advised WikiLeaks before it launched in 2006, agreed.

"The concept is not going to die. It's really hard to keep things shut down if they want to stay up," he said. "Look at everything else people would like not to happen online — phishing, spam, porn. It's all still there."

Little is known about the day-to-day functioning of WikiLeaks. It has no headquarters, few if any paid staff — but a famous public face in Assange, a wiry 39-year-old Australian computer hacker with no permanent address.

He's on the cover of newspapers and magazines around the world, but he has not appeared in public for a month.

Assange, who is somewhere in Britain, is the subject of a European arrest warrant issued by authorities in Sweden, where he is accused of rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion.

If British police arrest him, he will likely be caught up in a lengthy legal fight against extradition and could be jailed, his ability to operate as the face of WikiLeaks curtailed even further.

Assange denies the Swedish charges, which his British lawyer, Mark Stephens, has said stem from a "dispute over consensual but unprotected sex." He said Assange was happy to speak to Swedish prosecutors and had provided his contact details to authorities there and in Britain.

Assange also has made powerful enemies in the United States, especially since WikiLeaks released thousands of secret logs from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan earlier this year. With the latest leaks, U.S. politicians have called for him to be prosecuted for espionage — or worse. Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin asked on Facebook: "Why was he not pursued with the same urgency we pursue al-Qaida and Taliban leaders?"

Assange acknowledged Friday that "I have become the lightning rod."

"In the end, someone must be responsible to the public and only a leadership that is willing to be publicly courageous can genuinely suggest that sources take risks for the greater good," he said during a question-and-answer session on The Guardian newspaper's website.
